Hello, I'm Futoshi Namba. I started NAMBA SHOUTEN because I wanted to create a fashion style that incorporates traditional Japanese kimonos and fabrics into modern lifestyles.

The name NAMBA SHOUTEN comes from my surname, NAMBA, and shop (SHOUTEN in Japanese). This 〇〇SHOUTEN is the style of an old Japanese shop name.

Japanese culture is deeply appealing, but for busy modern people like us, Japanese clothing can feel a little intimidating.
