We ship worldwide via Japan Post International Air Packet.

Please note that delivery may not be available to certain countries.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

DUTIES & TAXES

All import duties, VAT, sales tax, and any other fees incurred upon delivery
are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Prices listed on our website do not include these charges.
For information on your country's customs policies, please contact
your local customs office before placing your order.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or cancellations
arising from customs-related issues.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Each item is a one-of-a-kind vintage piece. Please review all measurements
and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via Japan Post International Air Packet.

Please note that International Air Packet does not include compensation
in the event of loss or damage during transit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Please use it to monitor your delivery and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or non-response,
the buyer will be responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Cancellations and refunds will not be issued in these cases.
