Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after an order has been placed.

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number. Please make sure to monitor the shipping status and communicate with customs or the delivery carrier when necessary to ensure the package is received. If the item is returned to us for any reason, we will charge both the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee before sending it again. Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
Depending on your monitor settings, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the image. In addition, damage or stains that appear to be due to aging may not be listed.
