This is a jacket that is part of the Type 65 workwear worn during exercises and work by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. (Because the tag has been removed, it is not clear whether it is an official supply or PX.)
This Type 65 workwear is no longer being procured, and is gradually disappearing.
The OD color and slightly shiny cotton and synthetic fiber blend fabric are rugged yet sophisticated.
The characteristic large gussets on the cuffs and the cut of the rounded hem are also beautiful, and the shirt-jacket-like design makes a good impression.
This kind of design is definitely only found in Japan, and it is also very fashionable when worn.
