This vintage Japanese furoshiki was made around the mid-Showa era as a commemorative gift for employees and their families by Tohoku Electric Power Company.
It features the company name as part of a commemorative novelty item.

The texture is a coarse, rustic cotton, and the subdued coloring evokes a charming retro atmosphere typical of postwar Japan.
Medium-sized and easy to use for daily wrapping needs — ideal for lunch boxes, eco bags, or a decorative accent in your interior.
