This is a richly textured indigo-dyed furoshiki (wrapping cloth), crafted in Japan during the Taisho to early Showa period.

Made from cotton, it features the warm, timeworn character unique to Japanese vintage textiles. One corner is marked with the katakana character "ヨ" (yo), adding a distinct personality and historic charm to the piece.
